If your air conditioner is blowing warm air, making unusual noises, cycling on and off too often, or won't start at all, we'll find the problem and fix it quickly. Our technicians diagnose everything from refrigerant leaks and electrical issues to worn components and airflow problems. Whenever possible, we repair your existing system instead of recommending replacement, so you only pay for the work you actually need.
Replacing your air conditioner is a big investment, and choosing the right system matters. We evaluate your home's size, layout, insulation, and cooling needs before recommending equipment that delivers dependable comfort and long-term efficiency. Every installation is professionally sized, installed, and tested to help your new system perform reliably through Northern Colorado's hot, dry summers.
Routine maintenance helps your air conditioner run more efficiently, reduces the chance of unexpected breakdowns, and can extend the life of your equipment. During every tune-up, we inspect, clean, and test key components, check refrigerant levels, verify safe operation, and identify small issues before they become expensive repairs. It's one of the easiest ways to protect your comfort and energy bills year after year.
Central air conditioning remains the most popular way to cool an entire home. We install, replace, repair, and maintain high-efficiency systems that are properly sized for Northern Colorado's high elevation and dry climate. From new construction to replacing older equipment, we'll help you choose a system that keeps every room comfortable without wasting energy.
Mini-splits provide efficient heating and cooling without requiring ductwork, making them ideal for home additions, finished basements, garages, older homes, and rooms that never seem comfortable. We install, repair, and replace ductless systems while helping you determine whether zoned comfort or a traditional central AC system is the better fit for your home.
Your outdoor condenser works through intense summer sun, hailstorms, wind, and seasonal temperature swings. We repair damaged fan motors, coils, electrical components, and refrigerant issues, while also replacing aging condensers when repairs are no longer the best investment. We can also recommend placement and protective solutions that help reduce the risk of weather-related damage.
How Does Colorado's Climate Affect My AC?
Northern Colorado's climate places unique demands on every air conditioning system. High elevation, low humidity, intense summer sunshine, sudden temperature swings, dust, and seasonal hail all affect how you select and maintain your equipment.
Homes throughout Greeley, Windsor, Evans, Loveland, Johnstown, Milliken, and nearby communities sit at elevations where thinner air changes how cooling systems perform. That's why proper sizing is so important. An oversized air conditioner short-cycles and wastes energy, while an undersized system struggles to keep your home comfortable during the hottest weeks of summer.
The region's dry climate also creates opportunities. Many homeowners benefit from evaporative (swamp) coolers because they work especially well in low-humidity conditions and can reduce cooling costs. At the same time, frequent hailstorms make outdoor condenser protection an important part of every installation. We consider all of these local conditions when recommending equipment, sizing new systems, and planning installations so your air conditioner is built to perform for years to come.
Should I Repair or Replace My Air Conditioner?
Repair AC systems that are under about 10 years old with minor issues, and consider full-system replacement when a unit is aging, inefficient, or facing a major repair. Replacement is often the smarter long-term value, and financing options through Synchrony, Greensky, and Consumer Financing make it easier to fit a new system into your budget.
If your AC is more than a decade old, needs frequent fixes, or your energy bills keep climbing, an upgrade to a high-efficiency system usually pays off in comfort and lower operating costs. We'll give you an honest assessment (repair when it makes sense, replace when it doesn't) and walk you through your options. Ask about financing and start with a free estimate on a new AC installation & replacement.
