I submitted a claim through First American Home warranty and they assigned McCormick to take a look at my fire alarm. They called as soon as they opened and set up an appointment with Jake Hernandez to come out today! He was quick to diagnose problem and replaced the malfunctioning alarm. Thank you Jake for your exceptional service! Update 4-2-26 Josiah and Brian came out to tuneup and clean the A/C. They were friendly and professional explaining what was happening during the service.
