Justin and Angelo were great! On time good communication and fast! Only took about 2.5 hours! Thanks guys!! Update- xcel just left my house at 3 am… I’ve had a gas leak since the 9th. Today is the 11th… 0.8 gas exposure. Low explosive limit…: all because a nut was not tightened at all..this not only put me and my 3 babies at risk but the entire building, the guys that did this were the kindest kids ever. But is this seriously something this company wants in their hands. This complacency put many families at risk and is completely in acceptable.

McCormick installed a new HVAC system in my home in August 2022. When the Greater Denver area experienced frigid temperatures in late December and January, it took forever for my home to warm up. McCormick agreed that something was "off" and needed fixing. Today, the solution arrived in the form of Josiah, a young technician who is smart, professional and personable. With some guidance from the manufacturer, he located the problem in the furnace, adjusted some switches and bingo! The problem was fixed in the blink of an eye! And the explanation made complete sense to me. This is a company that stands behind its products...many thanks to Josiah, Jasen and Brittany for resolving the situation.

Wow! Jasen and Justin did fantastic work. They went above and beyond and even cleaned our routing of our drain pipes and such which they didn’t even have to do! Great work and thanks for being so cool! We will definitely be using these talented guys again!

We used them through our home warranty plan and they were amazing! They were great with payment as well. We rescheduled twice due to us not having enough money and they were so kind and understood! I felt bad, but just wanted to make sure we were in a good spot before paying for it. They explained the whole process to us and the guys who installed the new furnace were professional, kind, and fast!

Justin came out and removed and replaced my furnace as a one man team and did a fantastic job. He was very careful not to scratch my hardwood floors or ding any walls as he was moving equipment in and out. Super polite and answered any questions I had and even gave me a brief overview of things to look for when I install my new smart thermostat when it arrives. We needed help with our furnace short cycling and locking out! McCormick was quick to help us out! From Brittany in the office going out of her way by calling the tech to see if there was any quick troubleshooting we could do and scheduling us a tech to come out the next day when we realized the code it gave us needed the flame sensor cleaned!!! The tech that came out was professional and took great care of us in no time!!!
