What Does A Heating System Maintenance Tune-Up Include?
A Heating System Maintenance Tune-Up includes the following:
- Safety Checks: We perform safety checks to ensure everything is running properly keeping you safe and warm all Winter long. This includes thermostat and blower functionality, gas pressure levels, belt tension and voltage checks, ignition and gas/oil connectivity, and ensuring there are no carbon monoxide leaks.
- Test: We'll perform all the proper tests to ensure everything is up to par. This includes testing the heat exchanger, exhaust systems, ignition systems, and other system controls.
- Clean/Replenish: Finally, our certified technicians will ensure all components are clean and appropriate components are replenished. We'll clean the burners, air filters, and interior and exterior of your furnace or heating system while also lubricating moving parts and tightening any electrical components.
